  • The Last 4th Friday Sip N’ Stroll of 2024 is Mrs. Roper Night!

Friday, September 27 from 6:00 PM-9:00 PM, come to the Downtown area to enjoy the last 4th Friday Sip N’ Stroll of 2024! Dress up as Mrs. Roper from the 80s sitcom, “Three’s Company”. Downtown Colonial Beach (DCB) and the Town's Department of Economic Development introduced Sip N’ Stroll in 2022. Thanks to Virginia's HB 2266, you can now enjoy your favorite libation while wandering through the downtown area.
Here’s how it works: Buy a drink from any ABC-licensed spot within the DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) and take your beverage on the go while exploring other participating shops, galleries, and more! Sip N’ Stroll is all about enhancing your downtown experience, making your visit more fun and interactive. Cheers to a delightful evening out in Downtown Colonial Beach.
