Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide services that promote a work environment that is characterized by fair treatment of staff, open communications, personal accountability, trust, and mutual respect. 

These services include Recruitment and Retention, Benefits and Leave Administration, Classification and Compensation, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Policy Development and Administration, Risk Management, and Workplace Safety. We strive to provide effective human resource management to attract and retain a qualified and educated workforce that meets the needs of the Town of Colonial Beach and provides a positive work environment for all employees.
